Fitness challenge: At least 5 days this week, add 20 air squats to your daily work. Yes, that’s 10 burpees + 20 push ups + 20 sit ups + 20 air squats + 15 minutes of walking or running.
Lifestyle challenge: WHOLE vegetables. Eat one serving of fresh or frozen vegetables every day. (Avoid the frozen veggies floating in sauces.) Post and tag us with !

WEEK 4 PADDLE CHALLENGE:
Paddleboard muscle ups! No number required... just do a couple! Make sure you achieve "full extension" at the bottom ;)
WEEK 4 FITNESS CHALLENGE:
At least 5 days this week, add 20 sit ups to your daily work. Yes, that’s 10 burpees + 20 push ups + 20 sit ups + 15 minutes of walking or running.
WEEK 4 LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE:
WHOLE FRUIT. Eat one piece of whole fruit every day. Nothing dried, nothing processed counts. Must be whole. Post, tag, send us the love! ❤️
