The class program begins with the SMART START program where all our class gymnasts learn the basic shapes and movement patterns.

Training continues to the FLIPS program where fundamental skills are learned. With the preparation every gymnast progess through developmental levels to advanced gymnastics. Please visit our website for class schedules and pricing.

There will still be practice for team on Thursday.

What an incredible weekend at our Gymnastics Odyssey meet! A huge thank you to the incredible .smith28 for joining us and inspiring the athletes with your presence. Your support made the event even more special!

👏 A round of applause to all the competitors who showcased their hard work and dedication. Every routine was filled with passion and skill, and you should all be proud of your performances!

🙏 We also want to give a special shout-out to our own team’s competitors—your teamwork and determination truly shone bright today!
