We’ll be placing our next custom Zero Wrestling gear order on 9/26! Visit our GymDesk store to place an order.

We’ve intentionally kept the same designs this year so families can continue using the gear they already have without feeling like they need to purchase something new every season. If you need a new size, want to add some of the new items (polos, compression shorts, swim trunks, gym shorts), or just want to grab some extras, now’s your chance.

Reminder: Every Zero Wrestling member receives a free Zero shirt. If you haven’t received yours yet, please see one of the coaches at practice.

Five of our Zero wrestlers just wrapped up an awesome 10 week long strength training program, and the results are impressive!

They worked hard, stayed consistent, and made huge improvements in strength and athleticism. Across everyone in program there was a mean improvement of 209% in front squat, 111% in hex deadlift, 30% in power clean, and big improvements in agility scores!

Big thanks to Joe & Gary for pushing these wrestlers and many others to improve this summer!
