Swimmers must be able to swim 1 length of the pool and are comfortable in the deep water.

Congratulations to YWCA York Synchro’s Arden Zhang! Arden’s preliminary Senior Solo routine qualified her to move on to the final round at this week’s National Competition in Buffalo, NY. She will be one of 12 finalists from around the country competing on Sunday.
