We were able make our last donation for the 2025 run. The York School District 1 Education Foundation received $4000 to support their efforts in the community. Thank you for helping our students.

The Annual Running of the Turkeys 5K Charity Road Race & Walk begins at 8 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Last year our race was virtual. www.turkeyrunyorksc.com.
The 12th Annual Running of the Turkeys through downtown York will be in-person for 2021!!!! Trinity United Methodist and First Presbyterian churches co-host this annual event. The race benefits PATH of York, the Wesley United Methodist Church Grace & Mercy Soup Kitchen, and the York School District One Education Foundation. PATH has two exciting events coming up, one for information and one as a fundraiser. The first will be Saturday, February 7, it will go over all the details of the new building and let you know where they are and what they need. The second is a fundraiser on Saturday, February 21, it’s called a tricky tray fundraiser and it sounds fantastic. We encourage everyone to try to attend and support these events.

It is time for the second of three donations from the 16th annual running of the turkeys. The turkey team was honored to award PATH a check for
$22, 082.18 to support their mission and help with the building fund.
Donating to PATH was one of the primary reasons the annual running of the turkeys was started 16 years ago. They have two upcoming events so we will post those details soon.

It is time for the first of three donations from the 16th annual running of the turkeys. The turkey team was honored to award the Grace and Mercy Soup Kitchen of Wesley UMC church with a $4,000 check to support their mission.
They feed a hot meal to about 90 people a week. Our community is blessed with their work.
