October is gonna be busy… get your calendars ready!!! Our good friend, awesome coach, and monster competitor Ryan James Whittle will be doing a Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu seminar on Saturday October 24th!!! Please attend if you want to learn Greco based takedowns and clinch work that will take your game to another level!!! Event will be posted soon!!!

Tonight’s lineup:

5:30 PM - Little Cubs (Kids 4-7) NoGi BJJ - Coach Aaron. Coach Aaron will only be communicating to the little cubs through songs from the Lion King 🦁 👑

6:30 PM - Kids BJJ (Kids 8-12) - Nogi Jiu Jitsu with Coach Chris. Coach Chris will only be communicating to the kiddos via music from the Deftones catalog 🎼 🎸 🥁

6:30 PM - Adult BJJ - Nogi Jiu Jitsu with AT!!! Continuing on with our new position 🤌. What if they stand up 🤔. Coach Tom will only be communicating to the class by using songs by Lionel Ritchie

7:40 PM - MMA - with Coach Jason! Coach Jason will be communicating only through the art of interpretive dance 🕺. Do yourself a favor and show up… Let's fill up the mats!!! 👊 👊 👊

5:30 PM - Little Cubs (Kids 4-7) NoGi BJJ - With Coach Aaron. Coach Aaron will do his best not to be overtaken by the young pride.

5:30 PM - Blueprint Fundamental NoGi BJJ with Coach Ariel!!! No fluff… all the stuff that works. Fill in your training gaps!!!

6:30 PM - Kids BJJ (Kids 8-12) - Nogi Jiu Jitsu with Coach Brian!!! Coach Brian will be chewing bubble gum and whipping those kiddos into shape… and guess what he is out of???
