Drop-off available at 830am.

Space is limited to 10 kiddos, ages 6-12 years old. Limiting the spots allows us to give personalized attention to each kiddo.

What’s that an earthquake this morning??? Nope just everyone stampeding into 6AM class this morning! We wrapped up the kimura series and got some great rolls in! Thanks everyone for waking up!

Word on the street is that the Allied BJJ Action News Team will be onsite tonight with some very special guests... maybe they can get to the bottom of these questions!!!

5:30 PM - Little Cubs (Kids 4-7) NoGi BJJ - Coach Aaron will be showing all of his best Jiu Jitsu moves... Not sure what he will do with the other 40 minutes though... 🧐

6:30 PM - Kids BJJ (Kids 8-12) - Nogi Jiu Jitsu with Coach Chris!!! Coach Chris is going to do everything in his power to keep the kids off of the heavy bags up to and including Captain Insano Power Bombs!!! Word on the street is that he learned that move from the Captain himself!!! 🧐

6:30 PM - Adult BJJ - Nogi Jiu Jitsu with AT!!! Coach Tom will continue on with the same position, diving into even more lower body attacks!!! OR ARE WE??? 🧐

7:40 PM - MMA - with Coach Jason!!! Get in to class tonight!!! Coach Jason will show you how to knock fools down and beat them to a pulp! How are Coach Jason's calves so big? 🧐
