Hello everyone. I wanted to post to let my York County athletes and usbf world know that I am no longer promoting with the USBF. Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you. I will, of course be visiting shows and still training clients at my studio to prepare for bodybuilding competitions. Thank you for the opportunity to get to know each and everyone of you. My time with the USBF was amazing.
