Register today for Sluggers Baseball Tournament. With no team from the Sluggers organization in the tournament, all things will be done with everyone in mind. No favoritism. Sluggers ball! Pitching Impressive As York Sluggers 12U Beat NY Hammers Black 12U

Both teams were strong on the hill on Saturday, but York Sluggers 12U defeated NY Hammers Black 12U 3-1. Mikie W started the game for York Sluggers 12U and recorded six outs.

York Sluggers 12U opened the scoring in the first after Michael P homered to left field, scoring three runs.

Mikie W earned the win for York Sluggers 12U. The right-handed pitcher gave up one hit and one run over two innings, striking out two and walking two. #21 took the loss for NY Hammers Black 12U. The hurler went three innings, giving up three runs on four hits, striking out six and walking one.

Michael P provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led York Sluggers 12U with three runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-1 on the day. Yufraley S, Michael P, Mikie W, and Roger L each collected one hit for York Sluggers 12U. York Sluggers 12U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Michael D had the most chances in the field with two.

#21 went 1-for-1 at the plate to lead NY Hammers Black 12U in hits. #2 stole two bases.

York Sluggers 12U will travel to SSL Blue Sox 12U for their next game on Saturday.
