New adult gymnastics program for women forming at Aerials Gymnastics in Phoenixville, PA - a suburb of Philly! Well, you are in luck!
We are Firebirds Masters Gymnastics, an adult gymnastics group located in Phoenixville, PA! Are you a former gymnast who wants to get back into the gym? Come meet an energetic group of ladies who have kept the party going! This group is for females looking to do gymnastics in a supportive, fun environment with the goal of eventually competing in local meets (but only if you want to - no pressure!)
There will be no adult gym tonight. See you next week!
Come beat the heat and do some gymnastics tonight! 830 pm at Aerials :)
We will be practicing tonight, 8:30pm! No better way to beat the heat than to get in the air and flip! (Or just stretch in an air conditioned space 😉)

A great end to our season today at Gravity Challenge! Andi and Danielle split the event awards and Andi won All-Around. Andi got her first 9.0, and Danielle got a 9.15 on beam. The gym owner gave us wine prizes, too! Thanks for a great day, Gymnastics of York!

We rocked our debut!! Waiting for awards at the Powerhouse Classic!
It's a meet weekend! The Firebirds will be making their competition debut on 4/2 at the Powerhouse Classic in Langhorne, PA!
Hello from the Firebirds! That's right, we officially have a team name! Find us on Instagram under 😀 We are working hard on getting ready for some meets coming up in April....but it's not too late if you want to get back into the gym! Message us on here or email with any questions.
We'll be at the gym tonight at 8:30--what will you be working on? We'll probably hit the floor with some basics and keep working our routines. See you there!
