1–2 tbsp light cheese sauce or a small amount of shredded cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder + seasoning of choice

Healthy meals do not have to be complicated. 👏

This is a simple balanced plate with protein, carbs and veggies all working together.

The chicken burger gives you a solid source of protein, broccoli adds fiber and nutrients, and the pasta gives you carbohydrates to support energy and recovery. 💪

At Yorktown Fitness, we want nutrition to feel realistic. You do not need to cut out pasta or live on salads to make progress. It is about building meals that keep you full, fueled and consistent.

This is what Yorktown Fitness is all about. 💪

Different goals. Different starting points. Same commitment to getting stronger and feeling better.

You don’t have to do it alone, either. Having a coach who knows you and people around you who keep the energy up can make staying consistent a whole lot easier.

What helps you stay more consistent: having a coach, having a routine, or having people to train with? 👇

When you’re out to dinner, you don’t have to limit yourself entirely. 🍽️

One of the easiest ways to stay on track is to prioritize protein, enjoy the foods you actually want, and be mindful of portions.

Sharing an entrée or a few sides with your significant other can be a simple way to keep portions reasonable without feeling like you’re missing out. You can still order the tacos, enjoy the appetizer, have the dinner out, and move on.

At Yorktown Fitness, we want healthy eating to fit into your life, not take it over. Consistency matters more than one “perfect” meal. 💪

Fun fact 👀

At Yorktown Fitness, we’re big believers that the best gym is the one you actually want to come back to.

That’s why we keep things personal, coached, and community-driven instead of making you feel like just another number.

You might come in for strength training, but you usually end up getting accountability, a few laughs, and people who notice when you miss a day too 😂💪

Be honest: what keeps you more consistent, the workout itself or the people you train with? 👇

Some of the best parts of Yorktown Fitness happen between the reps. 💪

The conversations, the laughs, the encouragement, and having people around you who actually notice when you show up.

That’s the kind of environment we want to build here. Stronger bodies, yes, but also a place people genuinely enjoy being part of.

What makes you want to keep coming back to a gym? 👇

Traveling? ✈️ Your routine doesn’t have to disappear just because you’re away.

At Yorktown Fitness, we’re big on building habits that fit real life. A quick workout, a walk, choosing meals that make you feel good, and staying active when you can all count.

The goal isn’t to “make up” for vacation. It’s to enjoy it while still keeping some of the habits that help you feel your best. 💪

What’s one healthy habit you always try to keep when you travel? 👇

Fun fact 👀

At Yorktown Fitness, we keep our sessions small on purpose.

That means your coach can actually watch how you move, make adjustments when needed, and give you more attention than you’d get in a packed class. 💪

Less getting lost in the crowd. More actual coaching.

What matters more to you in a gym: better coaching or a bigger class atmosphere? 👇

There’s always something worth celebrating at Yorktown Fitness 🎉

A birthday, a new PR, showing up consistently, getting stronger, or just doing something today that your past self would’ve struggled with.

We’re big on the workouts, but we’re just as big on celebrating the people doing them. 💪

What’s one thing you’re proud of yourself for lately? 👇

Ground Beef + Sweet Potato Bowl 🥩🍠

Ingredients

4 oz lean ground beef, cooked
½ cup cottage cheese
1 medium sweet potato, roasted
1 tsp honey, drizzled on top
Salt, pepper + seasoning of choice

Approx. nutrition per bowl

Calories: 520
Protein: 39g
Carbs: 52g
Fat: 17g
Fiber: 6g

Nutrition will vary depending on the leanness of the beef, cottage cheese brand, and portion sizes.

Simple meals can still check a lot of boxes. 👏

Ground beef for protein and iron, sweet potatoes for carbs and fiber, cottage cheese for an extra protein boost, and a little drizzle of honey to bring it all together. 🍯

At Yorktown Fitness, we’re not looking for perfect eating. We want meals that are simple, satisfying, and actually realistic enough to make again.

This one gives you nearly 40g of protein in one bowl and takes very little effort.
