We will be practicing inside! What a surprise! : )
Cost is $10 per class, $5 for students, prepay for 4 classes/$30.

New year, more yoga!!
Come yoga with us at the Watermen's Museum, right on the lovely York River.
Bring your mat and meet at the Carriage House (located at the back of the small parking lot, with a deck looking out over the York River) on the first and third Mondays of each month. Classes are beginner friendly and held outside on the deck April through September, as weather permits. Proceeds go to the Watermen's Museum.

Monday, Dec. 1 at 6 p.m. is Community Yoga at the Watermen's Museum.
This class, we'll continue working through our focus sequences with standing poses, balance poses, and some heart opening poses.
If you new to CYWM, in-person classes are every 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month and are beginner friendly with beginner and intermediate cues.π
The cost is $10 ($5 for students). Proceeds go to our lovely venue :). π»

A special event: Sound Bath with Janea! On October 20 from 7 to 7:40. A sound bath is a meditative, destressing singing bowl concert. The vibrations and the harmony of the singing bowls melt away stress. Come to yoga, stay for the Sound Bath! Have you heard of a drishti? In yoga, drishti refers to a specific point of focus for the eyes during practice to improve concentration and stabilize your thoughts during balances or when holding poses. We are starting a series of sequences all about focus with this idea of drishti in mind. Who doesn't need a little more focus in the fall?π
Classes are every 1st and 3rd Mondays and are beginner friendly with beginner and intermediate cues.π
In October, we will practice on the deck whenever possible. Classes will be held indoors from November to February.π
The cost is $10 ($5 for students). Proceeds go to our lovely venue π. π
