Invest in a leadership program for your teen this summer, focusing on the teachings from John Maxwell's leadership book series. This program will help teens establish a foundation for leadership in their community and beyond. Actor and Storyteller, Charmaine Crowell-White, will bring this great heroine to life in her presentation of "A Woman Called Moses." As a fearless leader, conductor of the Underground Railroad, and spy, Ms. Tubman liberated over 700 enslaved people. 🚦Safety Town is for children preparing to enter Kindergarten in Fall 2026. It provides children and their parents or guardians with important life-safety information to help them avoid dangers and develop safe practices. Register your child for one of the four sessions this July. 🚸

🌅🛶 Sign up for the Sunset Tour on Wednesday, June 24, at New Quarter Park and let the sunset calm your mind. Registration closes tomorrow, Wednesday, June 17.

This tour is an introduction to kayaking, which includes a brief safety and paddling demonstration, followed by a sunset excursion on Queens Creek. The sunset tours are designed for beginners, families, and anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing way to enjoy nature. The fee includes a kayak, paddle, and life jacket. Please note that spots are limited. Sunset Tours are also available at Back Creek Park, on the second Wednesdays of each month.
