Jay brings over 28 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a strong track record in operational excellence, membership growth, and community impact. Throughout his career, Jay has led significant facility improvements to his YMCAs, expanded programming, and strengthened community partnerships to enhance the member experience.

Beyond his YMCA career, Jay has been deeply engaged in community leadership, serving in multiple roles that strengthen local partnerships and civic impact.

We look forward to the leadership and energy that Jay will bring to the Victory Family YMCA in the years ahead.
