Dear Dance Families,��It is with a sad heart that I am writing this post. Absolute Dance has been my life and passion since opening the doors in September 2005. After 13 years, we are closing the curtain for the final time, ‪on May 26.‬ I know this comes as a surprise to you all. Some of you are brand new to our Dance family and more of you have been here from the beginning. I will miss you all, my dance studio family dearly.

Please know I am working on plans to help each of you locate a new dance studio home. Finding the right studio is pivotal in the future of your dancer and making sure you and your dancer work well with your new home is of most importance to me. Please come to me with any questions and concerns, I am here to help your transition go as smoothly as possible.

Some of you may be wondering why we are closing. Our family is moving to Massachusetts this summer, where my husband, Dave, will be working with my family. Although this is great and exciting news for us, the Bates Family, it is also bittersweet as I will miss my dance family.��I found this quote from THE FOX AND THE HOUND movie. “Goodbye May seem forever. Farewell is like the end, but in my heart is the memory and there you will always be”.
