New machine days are the best days. 💪 However, the offload for this beast was WAY more complicated than it needed to be. 😅

But she’s finally in place, set up, and ready to teach the next generation how to make chips fly. 🛠️💡

Over the years, I’ve tackled some pretty complex parts, but this one takes the cake! 💪 The challenge? Machining a thin-wall steel cup all in one setup while keeping chatter down and nailing the complete radius at the bottom.

It was a fun ride pushing my skills and tools to the limit, and I’m thrilled the customer is happy with the results. 🏆 They are ready to hit repeat and make a whole bunch more!

Super proud of this kid! 🙌 Got the bike on Friday night, broke it in Saturday, and then went out and killed it at Marineville. 🌧️ It was raining the whole time—probably the worst conditions to learn a new bike—but he handled it like a champ. 💪 Can’t wait for next year at Marineville! 🏁

Hookin up the Geronimo Machine, LLC guys with some ano and a few other updates for the fast approaching riding season. 🔥.

Some testing down south. Can’t say the track 😐 But finalized some very small details with our Showa 49mm Works fork and shock pistons and valving platform. We are VERY happy. It’s such an advantage to just walk into our machine shop and make a new part, install it, test it and confirm Geronimo Machine, LLC can program like Jesus! 🙌 #fcrshocks #fcrsuspension
