Never thought I would have to spell this out to everyone again, but it's becoming a more common issue. I do NOT conduct business through Facebook messenger OR Text Messages. Unless I have the job description and details on front of me, I WILL and HAVE forgotten job requests and changes. I only accept work through email communication. If you don't hear back from me, rest assured I have read your email, just haven't had much, if any, time to respond. If you are concerned that I have at least seen your email correspondence, an easy and simple method would be to turn on read receipts for your sent emails, not 2, 3, 4 additional emails asking (just making sure you saw.......).

As stated on my current pricing sheet, ANY AND ALL logos MUST be supplied in a NATIVE VECTOR FORMAT (.ai, .eps, .svg). That means you can't take your ChatGPT drawn logo and re-save it as a different file extension and expect it to work. I don't work with bitmaps, if that's all you have, it's going to be a HEFTY fee for me to digitize it into something somewhat useful and will add a tremendous amount of time to the process.

I am eternally grateful for ALL the customers I have and am currently beyond overwhelmed with jobs. I am VERY VERY far behind in production and design work. Please bear with me, I know my turnarounds suck currently, I know I am not very responsive to emails but rest assured I am running around my fishbowl like crazy.

If you have my personal cell number, I will gladly answer whatever I can, but keep in mind the time it is when you text me (I am in the eastern time zone).

Hey everyone...just wanted to give you all a heads up. I am going to be in and out of the business/office for at least the next few days. Dad is in the hospital and Gill and I are splitting time between our jobs and making sure he gets the care he needs.

Unfortunately the time has come that I have to do a price increase. I've been absorbing the vast majority of my material price increases over the last number of years but I've gotten to the point where I just can't absorb anymore.

Moving forward pricing for our kits will be as follows

Standard kits, no neon/chrome/holographic will be $205 per kit
Premiere Kits including chromes/holographics/neons will be $235 per kit.

Quantity pricing will be handled as follows:

5-9 kits (ALL IDENTICAL) 20% off retail
10+ kits (ALL IDENTICAL) 30% off retail

Important Update to Our Pricing & Artwork Fee Policy

We would like to inform you of some important updates that are taking effect immediately:

Pricing Changes: For orders of three or more kits, we will now require a minimum 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon shipment. This helps us allocate the necessary resources to ensure the highest quality and efficiency for your projects.

Minimum Artwork Fee: For any modifications to existing graphic kits outside of simple color substitutions, we will now be charging a minimum one-hour artwork fee of $65. This allows us to provide detailed, high-quality updates to your designs.

Logo Requirements: All logos MUST be supplied in a proper vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg). A proper vector format means that the logo/illustration is created as a vector with NO embedded bitmap images. Unfortunately, .jpg, .tiff, .png file types are NOT acceptable for logos.
