We train our competitive team members to be leaders, and we are working on developing a full blown leadership training program for our educational class program as well. We understand our role in the community and as such we take an active role in the betterment of our community. Our newest focus is on creating a greater team approach from our staff where everyone is on the same page and working even more efficiently as a single unit. We are not yet completing each other's sentences, but it is just a matter of time.
