Our 50 & Beyond members celebrated the “Sweet Success” of our winter walking program today with dancing, fun, and a delicious variety of sweet treats!

And what a success it has been! Together, our participants have accumulated over 6,000,000 steps and traveled an incredible 3,282 miles!

What an amazing accomplishment! We are so proud of everyone who laced up their shoes, got moving, and helped us reach this incredible milestone.

Here’s to celebrating our success and continuing to take those steps toward a healthier, happier life! Look for a new challenge to begin this fall!!!

What an incredible afternoon yesterday at our 50 & Beyond Talent Show!

Our talented members took center stage and reminded us that passion, creativity, and the courage to perform have no age limit. From beautiful musical performances to dancing to comedy, every performer brought something special to the stage.

Congratulations to all of our performers, and thank you to everyone who joined us. We can’t wait to see what talents take the stage next year!

Join us every Tuesday morning Acoustic Music with our 50 & Beyond Program. Enjoy a relaxed morning filled with great tunes and good company! Whether you love to sing along, tap your toes, or simply sit back and listen, everyone is welcome.

Are you a musician? Bring your instrument and play along with the group! We love welcoming new voices and new talent…no performances, no pressure, just a fun and supportive chance to make music together.

Looking for something to do this weekend? Come out to Ford Lake Park for the MAC Women's Rowing Championship. It is the first ever MAC Rowing Championship in the conference's history and the first ever college rowing championship race to be held at the Park and Ypsilanti Township. The event itself is free admission, however attendees will have to pay the $10 entrance fee for the park. Racing is scheduled to begin at 9 am but is subject to change in case of weather. Fans are allowed to bring their own seating and snacks and non-alcoholic drinks too.

Our crew showed up and showed OUT at the Spring Fling! From start to finish, the energy, the moves, and the joy were absolutely contagious!

What a fantastic day at our Annual Spring Fling!

From the moment the music started, the dance floor stayed full and the energy never let up. It was so great seeing everyone laughing, connecting, and just enjoying the day together. The food was amazing, the company was even better, and the smiles said it all.

Events like this are what make our community so special. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make today such a success!
