We’ll get your waiver signed and help you choose the date of your first class. ✨

Once those steps are complete, you’re officially ready to get started with us!

You asked, we added it! Tuesday Upper Body is now available at 5AM, along with 9AM, 4:30PM & 5:30PM.

✨ SUNDAY NEW START TIME:
Sunday Full Body will now begin at 9:30AM!

Extra classes offered for Tuesday, August 4th upper body! Due to excessive heat this week there will be no p.m. classes on Tuesday 8/4! Get to 5 AM class, 6 AM class or 9 AM class on Tuesday! These are not extra classes, they still count as your classes for the training week Monday through Sunday!

430pm & 530pm classes have been cancelled for Monday 8/3. Thank you for understanding, our goal is to keep everyone safe. We will be posting a modified schedule with an added class for Tuesday morning and will keep you updated as the week goes on pm times. Please try to make it to the early classes this week!
