I would like to start talking about bodybuilding efforts within Alpha Bodz and outside of it. Especially in the Yuba/Sutter, Sacramento and Reno/Tahoe areas. If anyone has interest in being an administrator, please contact me (Curt Higgins) as I simply do not have time. Giving back has been rewarding to me be I am hopeful you will find it to be a well.
Well, we were delivered some unexpected news today. There will be a delay in Alpha Bodz taking up shop in Reno. Please stay posted...back to the drawing board.
