Pole Fundamentals starts September 14th and runs Mondays 5:15-6:45pm
You do not need to be flexible, strong, coordinated, or secretly a professional dancer hiding in the wild. You just need to show up, give it a spin, and be willing to have a little fun. We’ll take care of the rest.

Pole Fundamentals Intro is a 4-week series built for brand-new pole babes, taking you from your very first spin to climbing the pole with confidence. One 1.5-hour class a week, lots of encouragement, plenty of laughs, and just enough sass to keep you coming back for more.

So… are you going to keep saying “I’ve always wanted to try pole” or are you finally going to get your ass on the pole? 😉

Join us September 14th for a fall 4-Week Pole that will run 5:15-6:45pm each Monday.
This beginners series designed for total newbies, those babes ready to start something wildly fun.
Over the next month, you’ll build strength, confidence, and body awareness while learning skills and fluid movement that make pole feel comfy. Be prepared for equal parts athleticism and sensuality. Expect tiny victories and loud cheers from your new hype crew. Build the kind of confidence that follows you out of the studio and overflows into every aspect of your life.

Ok but like, how RAD is the idea of chains? No matter if you’re a pole queen or a Lyra king, chains is a whole new apparatus to get obsessed with.
Starting Thursday, September 3rd, you can join Legend 🫶🏼 every other week at 7pm for Intro to Chains. Explore twirls and shapes that may seem familiar, but that take on a whole new meaning on chains.

Exo is backkkkkk
After the shortest break known to womankind, Exo Tricks returns this Thursday (and every alternate Thursday) from 7-8pm
Never tried Exo? You can expect a style that’s less flowy fairy and more “hot, but like you’re mad”. Prepare for clacks, drops, flips, and other hardstyle elements.
Exo is for pole III+ students who have a strong stability in heels.
Boots are a bit preferred over sandals if you have them. Kneepads are mandatory.
