Still kind of crazy to look back at what this space used to be 🥹

What started as an idea for a place where kids could train, teams could practice, and our community could have a gym of their own turned into this.

A lot of work, a lot of cleaning, a lot of figuring things out as we went, but seeing The Swish Lab full of players makes it all worth it.

From an empty space → to this 🏀✨

The gym looks good though 🏀✨

Hey! We have equipment, balls, seating, music, bevs, and plenty of space to play. What more could you need?! 🏀✨

Episode 3: Equipment! Where to start! Here’s what we have: grabosport sport court, custom manufactured Gared ceiling mounted hoop, custom handmade commercial wall pads. Google and picking up the phone are your best friends.

Talk to suppliers. Tell them what you’re wanting to do. Email them screenshots. Discuss budget and what options you have. Ask if they do financing. Ask if one vendor can do all of the equipment and installations at the same time.

Keep a spreadsheet of all your options of pricing and timelines and how responsive the supplier it. That’s super important too.
