Mindset matters.
"I have to exercise."
VS.
"I get to keep moving my body."
"I have to meal prep."
VS.
"I get to fuel my body well."
"I have to get stronger."
VS.
"I get to stay capable for my family, my future, and my life."
The way you choose to see things changes everything.
🎁 Movement is a gift.
💪🏼 Strength is a privilege.

Member's Pick: Food of the Week
This week's recipe comes from Cecilia, who brought up yesterday how she's been using this salad as part of her nutrition plan yesterday.
Healthy meals don't have to be complicated.
It can be simple, satisfying, and easy to fit into a busy schedule.
🥬 Leafy Greens: Provide fiber, vitamins, and help keep you feeling full.
🍐 Pears: Add natural sweetness, fiber, and nutrients that support digestion.
🌰 Walnuts: Provide healthy fats that help with satiety and support heart health.
🥓 Cured Ham: Adds protein, which helps maintain muscle and keeps hunger in check.
Simple ingredients.
Fast preparation.
Easy that tastes good.
Healthier eating shouldn't feel like a second job. 💪🏼
Menopause is going to change your body.
Strength training decides how. 💪🏼😁
I see it all the time with women who walk in thinking their best years are behind them.
Then they start lifting. And everything shifts.
✅ More energy.
✅ Steadier mood.
✅ Stronger bones.
✅ Less fat storage.
✅ Fewer hot flashes.
And the feeling of being strong instead of fragile.
That's not motivation. That's what strength training actually does for your hormones during menopause.
Not from a pill. But from picking up something heavy and putting it back down.
Because nobody tells you this when you hit menopause: your body isn't broken.
It's just changing. And strength training is one of the most powerful ways to work with it, not against it. 📈
If you're a woman in your 40s, 50s, or beyond this is for you.
You have a whole life ahead of you.

Life is continuous, actions today affect our life tomorrow and everyday that follows. Likewise, actions NOT taken today will show their results, or lack of, in our future self. Keep going! 💪🏼😁

Your body doesn’t need a hundred exercises.
It needs six movements:
• Squat — picking up your kids from the floor
• Hinge — lifting something heavy off the ground
• Lunge — climbing stairs, hiking trails
• Push — pushing your car, pressing overhead
• Pull — opening heavy doors, holding on
• Carry — hauling groceries, luggage, life
We train all six. Every member. Every week. Because each one is too important to skip.

Welcome to Gold Morgan. 👏🏼🏆
This one is special for her.
150 workouts represents so. much. more...!
🌟It's close to a year of showing up.
🌟A year of keeping promises to herself.
🌟A year of choosing growth, even when it wasn't easy and definitely frustrating.
I admire Morgan's willingness to embrace a challenge. Her effort is never something that I doubt.
She doesn't shy away from hard things, but rather leans into them. And because of that, i'm extremely proud of who she's become in this journey, which is just as impressive as the physical changes.
✅ The strength.
✅ The confidence.
✅ The consistency.
✅ The commitment.
Those things are earned, and can't be bought.
Thank you for trusting the process, believing in yourself, and continuing to show what's possible when you simply refuse to quit. 🎉👏🏼
Really proud of you Morgan.

100 workouts! 👏🏼🏆
A representation of...
🌟 Choosing to invest in herself 100x
🌟 Choosing to show up 100x
🌟 Choosing growth over comfort 100x
Over those 100 workouts the transformation naturally goes far beyond strength.
Alexis has regained confidence in her movement. She’s squatting better, moving better, feeling less restricted, and doing things she wasn’t sure she could do like before.
What's to be admired most, is her commitment to becoming the best version of herself.
For herself.
For her son.
For the example she wants to set.
Because when we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to show up for the people who depend on us.
Really proud of you, Alexis.
100 workouts is a huge accomplishment, but I have a feeling you’re just getting started! 💪🏼

Strong people age better.
They understand the real flex is not avoiding or masking getting older.
It’s to stay capable while you do it. 💪🏼
So they prepare their body for it.

Can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds?
If not, research says your risk of death from any cause nearly doubles in the next decade.
There are five simple physical tests that predict how long—and how well—you’ll live. None of them have anything to do with how you look.
1. Single leg balance
2. Timed up and go
3. 30-second sit to stand
4. Floor to rise test
5. Six-minute walk test
