Happiest Birthday Dana!

We will be histing 3 WODs on Friday Dec 31st starting at 9am followed by a pot luck. We wish to celebrate all of our members, alumni, friends, and supporters. This is an open invite for all who want to come and workout or just share in celebration with us. To say this is bittersweet is an understatement. We have met many amazing people, heard amazing stories, and shared some of the most life changing experiences. This is not "goodbye" rather until we meet again.

Dear friends of Nā Koa Fitness,

We hope all of you are doing well this Holiday Season.

We have some news to share with Yuma, Nā Koa Fitness will be closing its doors on 31 Dec 2021. Our last day of business will be on New Year’s Eve Day where we will celebrate all our staff, coaches, and members both present and past with a morning full of farewell WODs. More details will follow about this event in future posts here on this page.

On behalf of both Lynsey and I, including the management and staff, we would like to thank you for your business and support, and most importantly allowing us the opportunity to share our passion and knowledge of health and fitness with Yuma. This decision was not an easy decision to make but a necessary one, our little family has doubled in size since opening our doors in the 2015. We still look to be active in the Yuma community but in different capacities moving forward. We have been afforded so many great opportunities and experiences over the 6.5 years of being in business and have made so many new and wonderful relationships along the way. It truly has been a blessing seeing the transformation both mentally and physically of our members both past and present. The strength, growth, and mindset shift that people achieve within in themselves is amazing to witness, especially while being both challenged and supported by a welcoming and loving community.

To our members and supporters over the years. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. It has been an awesome journey. I can honestly say that the ride has been amazing, and Nā Koa Fitness would not have been a success without your support, sweat, and most importantly love. God Bless.
