I’m going to go ahead and quiet the rumor mill. The truth is, I’ve had to make a tough call, but one that’s necessary. There are many reasons that led me to make this decision, but the main one is that I’m at a point in my life where my health has to come first.

Because of that, we will no longer be selling live bait out of The Hideaway.

That said, I’m not stepping away from the fishing community completely. Starting next Friday, I’ll still have live bait available by appointment. Just give me a call or send me a message if you need some. I’ll always do my best to take care of you.

Five hardworking 4H members recently lost their animals to a dog attack, meaning they can no longer take them to the fair to show or auction. We know how much time, effort, and heart goes into raising these animals, so we’re stepping up to help. 💚

For the next 2 weeks, we’re selling wooden ear tag cutouts - perfect for fair displays, home décor, or as a tribute to a special animal. 🐄🐖🐑 We have small and large tags as well as 2 options for an ear tag door hanger designs for those who just want to support ♡

100% of profits will go directly to these kids to help them after this loss.
