As they are playing the drive you can pull up right into your shot.

We usually get up over 400 shots per workout. Great for preseason work.
Working on some quick stop re-attacks today. Getting to a complete stop then get out quick. Not in the video i added shot hesi, and pass hesi options as well. Best thing about basketball is that there are many many options to the game.
