Are you snacking smartly? ๐Ÿค“

Popcorn is an excellent alternative to chips, crackers, and any other food where we get to the bottom of the bag and think โ€œhow did that happen!?โ€. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Popcorn is high in fiber, which is important for digestive health, and giving your brain a chance to register fullness. Chips and crackers usually contain little to no fiber, and are engineered in a lab for optimal taste and mouth feel (called the โ€œbliss pointโ€)... thatโ€™s a recipe for consuming a large amount of calories with no fullness sensation. Regular consumption of those foods can hurt weight maintenance and fat loss efforts.

I advise my clients to swap chips and crackers at home for Smart Pop popcorn, spritzed with a โ€œI Canโ€™t Believe itโ€™s Not Butterโ€ and a zesty seasoning they like. ๐Ÿ˜‹ Itโ€™s both a tasty and filling snack, and helps them to reach their body composition goals! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฟ
