Warm-Up:
5 minutes as many rounds as possible
5 reverse lunges (each leg)
7 burpees
(Take your time, the warmup does not have to be done fast)
4 Rounds For Time
25 Jump Squats
25 Push-ups (they can be done on the wall)
25 Hollow Rocks
25 Jumping Jacks
