We’re back from Labor Day, and it’s time to set the tone for the rest of the year. 🔥

Today is just electric Monday and it’s going to be a burner. We’re introducing The Vykyng Gauntlet — and no, we won’t be slapping each other with our belts. 🤣

It’s essentially a task-based, cardio conditioning grappling drill designed to build on your pressure, position and movement using 3 phases. The only way to truly fail is to quit because in this drill, we prioritize position, control and transition skills over submissions.

Come ready to work. Come ready to be challenged. Let’s finish the year strong.
