Our dear lesson horse PRR A Sophisticated Lady was officially retired at the end of the CRHA National Horse Show this weekend. She competed all weekend and even won a few of her classes at the ripe old age of 30. Lady joined our lesson program five years ago after a long and very successful broodmare career (Rooster and Flash are her sons and Rusty is a great grandson) she quickly became a favorite to ride among all our lesson kids. She loved all her riders and kids and was a favorite for our first timers in the show ring where she always behaved perfectly. She was retired back with her owner at Page Run Rangerbreds where she will live out her days teaching the weanlings how to behave in the pasture. Sweet Lady is still teaching kids just the 4 legged kind now. Enjoy your well deserved retirement sweet girl. We would love to see some of your favorite pictures with Lady. Please share them below!
