🌟 TSA Spring Camp — Final Day

The last day of camp was all about playing, trying, and applying new skills.

Throughout the day, children had the chance to:
⚽ play more games
🎾 practice what they learned
🤝 work together as teams
🏃 stay active and confident

It was great to see how much they had progressed — using new skills in real game situations, making decisions, supporting each other, and simply enjoying the process.

The final day truly showed the purpose of the camp:
👉 learning through play
👉 building confidence
👉 enjoying sport

Thank you to all the children for their energy and effort — it was a pleasure to work with you this week 💙

See you at the next TSA camp 🌟

🌟 TSA Multisport Spring Camp — Parent Guide

We often receive similar questions from parents, so we’ve prepared this short guide to help you understand how the camp works and whether it’s the right fit for your child.

👥 Group Size & Safety

We keep groups small (6–8 children) to ensure every child receives attention and support.
Each group is led by 1–2 experienced coaches.

📍 Location & Environment

All activities take place indoors at NBU Stadium Gym, providing a safe, structured, and controlled environment.

🕘 Daily Schedule

• March 23–27
• Camp time: 9:00 – 12:00
• Includes short water breaks
• One snack break (15–20 minutes)

Children should bring:
💧 Water bottle (refill available)
🍎 Light snack

⚠️ Please inform us about any allergies.

🏃‍♂️ What Children Do at Camp

We run a multisport program, meaning children try different activities every day:

⚽ Football — games, teamwork, coordination
🎾 Tennis & Badminton — reaction, control, focus
🤾 Multisport games & agility drills — speed, balance, overall fitness

Activities are fun, game-based, and age-appropriate, especially for younger children.

👦👧 Age Groups

We divide children into:
• 5–8 years
• 8–12 years

Children train in groups suitable for their age and level.

🎯 Do Children Need Experience?

No, the program is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

🧠 Why Multisport?

At this age, children benefit most from developing a wide range of movement skills, rather than focusing on one sport.

This helps build:
✔ coordination
✔ confidence
✔ teamwork
✔ long-term interest in sports

🏊 Optional Swimming

Swimming is available as an additional option for families who choose it.

🌱 Why is a Multisport Camp important?

When children try different sports, they develop stronger overall movement skills.
At a young age, it is more beneficial to build a wide base of physical skills rather than focus on only one sport.

That is why we organize the TSA Multisport Camp! A program where children experience different sports in a fun and supportive environment.

🏃‍♂️ What children practice during the camp:

⚽ Football — teamwork, coordination, game awareness
🎾 Tennis and Badminton — reaction, control, focus
🤾 Multisport Games & Agility Activities — speed, balance, coordination and overall fitness

This combination helps children develop:

✔ confidence in movement
✔ coordination and speed
✔ teamwork and communication
✔ interest and motivation in sports
✔ healthy active habits

Instead of repeating the same training every day, children experience variety, movement and fun, which helps them stay motivated and enjoy sports.
