Today is the day
Since my entry into football administration in 1995 I have never witness an election where you have 5 persons running for the post of president.
Some of these candidates would have been able to make a very good contribution as a Vice president or a committee member. It make one wonder if it is really love the sport.
Our new Statutes dictates that we do not use slates and I am in full support of that based on past experiences.
The slates that I have seen put forward none of them have what it takes to move our football forward hence these are the persons I will recommend to the Affiliates based on my assessment.
President CARL DICKSON
Financial stability, Integrity, infrastructure development, staff training and development, , continuity
Excellent connections with FIFA and CONCACAF.
1st Vice President Rohan Thomas Jr
Technical development, Youth development, club development, National teams,
Should work well with Theeon Gordon and a new National Coach.
2nd Vice President -Debson Cruickshank.
Project development, infrastructure development, Home for football , management of the SVGFF assets building ect.
3rd Vice president- Dwight Roberts
Competition and Tournament, clubs.
(This should be his last term )
