“Glad to be Back…..”, Farmer Caul

Most times we often seek to focus on the regeneration of our soils, but what about taking time to regenerate the mind and body of our Farmer(s)?

After a 2 Months agro-hiatus (looks like 2 years 😅), we’re glad to be back on our grounds getting things in order!

💡We begin with our Agro-Assessment, Planning, and General Clean-up in looking forward to the incoming wet-season and our pending end-of-year productivity at CGA Farms.

Our Spring season was quite fruitful with our growing yield of Papaya🍑, Mangoes🥭 and Fig Bananas🍌. We now take focus on our small crops🍅 and culinary herbs🌿 market that our partnering Chefs👨🏾‍🍳🥘 have grown an exciting demand for.

Sharing some of our growing successes;

We’ve had an amazing 2026 New Year - Spring Season of Papaya Production at Caul Green Agribusiness. 🍑🌳

We’ve harvested Papayas ranging in different shapes, sizes and color, from bright oranged flesh to dark red orange, to our elongated variety to the perfectly rounded. We’ve had papayas, some as big as our heads - weighing upwards of 8lbs consistently that have wowed our buyers, and we’ve also harvested some of our tiniest sized which surprisingly turns out to be some of the sweetest papayas we’ve ever tasted. We’ve also noticed a few eye catching qualities, from smooth skinned papayas to ridged skin papayas, some seedless and others loaded with growing seeds.🤩 Andddd of course, we’ve lost a few to the birds!! 🦜😅

🌱We’re Looking forward to setting more seeds for propagation between now and summer in timing hope for an End of Year Christmas Season Harvest as we seek to increase productivity at our Farm.

We’d like to THANK🧡 our partnered Fruit Processors of Sips Cafe’ for their growing support this season; having invested in the Papaya Production here at Caul Green Agribusiness. We encourage all of our to ‘Sip with us at Sips Cafe’ for your most authentically made fruit smoothies & more on Virgin Gorda!

We also extend our growing regard 🧡 to our farm’s neighbors of the Philippine (Filipino) Community for donating 10 papaya saplings last season to which have strengthen our collection and diversified our variety within our growing orchard.
