This class is 90 minutes with warm up on beach, class and paddling out and back in. It is a mix of yoga, core and beginner breakdance freezes🙌💪
Challenging yet amazingly fun!

If you are a beginner at paddleboard, I give a quick lesson and you can always stay on your knees to paddle out😉
