Grounding Breathwork is a guided journey designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for clarity and renewal. As we move toward the Gemini New Moon, we’ll gather in community to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Through intentional breathwork, you’ll be invited to let go of what feels heavy, settle into the present moment, and leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more grounded.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of healing, rest, and community in honor of Pride Month!

Restorative & Reiki Pride Month Pop-Up is a special gathering designed to create a welcoming and affirming space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be held in community.

Together, we’ll move through gentle yoga, grounding breathwork, meditation, collective reiki healing, and a crystal singing bowl sound bath, with individualized hands-on reiki offered throughout the experience by guest teachers & 🌈
