If you are not confident using gym equipment, feel uncomfortable in the gym setting and using the machines, unsure about what to do and how to do it when it comes to a gym setting for exercise, or you just want a refresher to make sure that you have been using the gym machines properly and correctly to safely and effectively meet your needs, then this workshop os for you.
This workshop will cover, explain, and demonstrate proper use of gym equipment in depth, gym equipment, dos and dont's, machine safety, tips, and much more.

This workshop is only $10, and FREE if you are fully covered by United Healthcare insurance (please bring your card United Healthcare card and ID the day of the event for verification.

Amy's Cafe will make some extra healthy treats that will be ON SALE as well.

Question: Who is this workshop for?
Answer: This workshop was intended for seniors or someone of that over 50 bracket that has had a fear of or discomfort in a gym setting. Currently, this workshop is suited for ANYONE that needs help, and that can benefit from what this workshop will offer.

Don't let the title of "Senior" deter you. This class is versatile and will challenge you no matter your fitness level.
I am encouraging the older MEN to come out and represent. Be an example.
This class is for you! Yes, you! Senior, novice, exercise restarter, mix up your routine, add something different to your usual walking workouts. COME IN and GIVE IT A TRY!
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am - 11am starting April 16th thru May 16th. UHC members are FREE (Bring your Renew Active confirmation code) and $8 per class for everyone else.
