Fall is about changing, and so has our schedule!

Theme Nights are back on Mondays at 6pm and so is Wednesday 7pm Core and Stretch. A bit more festive, a bit more flexi, but always about the fitness!

Keep an eye on all the little schedule changes, and we’ll see you in the studio for fun and fitness!

Thank you!!! 💕💕💕

🏆🍗 Congratulations to Our 2026 People's Choice Award Winner! 🍗🏆

The votes are in, and the people have spoken! We know some people received error messages when trying to vote, but we were still able to include all attempts in the ballot. 🎉

A huge congratulations to team "Sweet Fit" for taking home the People's Choice Award at the 15th Annual King of the Wing Festival! Your incredible wings, outstanding flavor, and the overwhelming support from the community earned you this special honor.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Magens Bay, sampled the amazing wings, and cast your vote. Your enthusiasm and support are what make King of the Wing one of the most exciting events in the U.S. Virgin Islands each year!

Congratulations once again to team "Sweet Fit"! We can't wait to see what you'll bring to the competition next year. 👏🔥🍗
