**An Inspiring Journey from StreamLine Fitness**

Hello everyone, this is Burrell Gill, owner of StreamLine Fitness. At the age of 75, I decided to take control of my health and embark on a transformative journey. I started my diet in August 2022, weighing in at 245 pounds. By October 14—my birthday—I had lost 20 pounds, bringing me down to 225.

In just eight weeks, I shed those 20 pounds, and my waist went from 44 inches to 35 inches. While I lost some muscle mass due to inconsistent training, I'm not letting that stop me. After a three-week break, I’m back at it and committed to building strength once again.

My plan? I'll be cycling my diet—eating up for two weeks and dieting for two weeks—over the next two months to build back muscle while staying lean. This journey has taught me that it’s never too late to make positive changes, and with determination, anything is possible.
