Today’s MURPH at 340XFit was bigger than a workout. It was grit, community, sweat, teamwork, and showing up together to honor something greater than ourselves. 🇺🇸

From first timers to seasoned athletes, every single person in that room pushed through the heat, the reps, the miles, and the mental battle side by side. The energy in the gym this morning was unreal.

We had scaled athletes, RX athletes, weighted vest warriors, cheering squads, and even little supporters in the building — all proving that MURPH is about heart more than anything else. 💪🏽

Thank you to everyone who came out, suffered together, encouraged one another, and represented what the 340XFit community is all about.
