Haven’t posted food in a long time. Last night’s monthly breaking bread did not disappoint. The guys I work out with are brothers, family, and we make it a point to get together outside the gym to talk about life and check in. We tried a new ish hibachi. 🤌🏾

This journey with USVI RUGBY is really becoming a therapeutic outlet as much as a learning experience. Thankful to have been welcomed and supported. I ask a lot of questions but no one hesitates to help me understand the drills, vocabulary, or strategy.

Moving my body like this has to be carefully introduced, but I sure do miss it.

Today we came out to support the Filipino community and run for a great cause.

I am pretty pleased to continue to reduce my times and for the first time, found an extra gear to close out the race.
