All set for the SoulCanvas 2026 Vision Board Making Workshop – a session I conduct every year to help people start the year with intent, clarity, and confidence 🤍

Attending my first AICI Conference in Manila has truly been a transformative learning experience!

Connecting with professionals from across the globe who all understand the power of image has been a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

And there’s solid science behind it too.

We live in a fast-paced, visual-first world. Several social and behavioral psychology studies show that people form impressions of you in seconds—sometimes before you even say a word. And those impressions shape how they trust, respect, and engage with you.

That’s why I believe so much in the work that us Image Consultants do. It’s not just about what you wear—it’s about developing self- awareness, being intentional, and using the psychology of influence and persuasion to help put your best foot forward and communicate confidence and credibility!

It involves:

- Developing a personal style that reflects your goals and personality

- Using color, fit, and details to convey authority and confidence

- Mastering non-verbal communication—your posture, grooming, and presence

- Building a personal brand that communicates your values and expertise clearly

So no, Image Consulting isn’t superficial. It is powerful, intentional, and in this fast- paced world, absolutely essential!

Because when your image is aligned with your intention, you don’t just show up I'm the world—you stand out ✨️

🌟 “How bold one gets when one is sure of being loved.” — Sigmund Freud

Love has the power to transform us. When we feel deeply supported and cherished, we unlock a boldness that allows us to show up authentically and chase our dreams fearlessly. ✨️

But love, be it romantic or platonic, also requires discretion. It’s not just about giving - it’s about where and to whom we give. Nurturing the right relationships, ones based in reciprocity, the ones that uplift and energize us, is key to thriving.💗

This year, I’m embracing that boldness while choosing to invest my energy in people and practices that nourish my soul. My mantra for 2025 is "Water what waters you." 🌱

It’s time to invest in only those connections that nourish me and to let the rest simply dry out and wither away. 🍂

What is your mantra for 2025? Please share beloq - I'd love to know! 😁

This has been a ritual for a few years now. In the last week of December, I usually head up to the hills. Not only does it refresh my mind and soul, but it also helps me reflect on the year gone by.

For many, including me, 2024 brought unexpected twists, trials, and tests. Yet, amidst it all, there’s one thing that remains constant - the power of gratitude 🙏🏼

No matter how turbulent the journey, I believe there’s always something, big or small, to be grateful for. It could be the lessons learned from setbacks, the love of family and friends, or even the resilience you didn’t know you had until life called upon it.

Gratitude doesn’t erase challenges, but it shifts our perspective, helping us see the light even on the darkest days. So, as we close the chapter on this year, take a moment to acknowledge your blessings. They are the foundation for a brighter, more intentional 2025.

What are you grateful for today? Share below - I’d love to hear your reflections!

The most beautiful thing a woman can wear is her confidence. Love yourself, embrace your flaws, and never be afraid to shine bright! ✨️💖

Incredibly honoured and humbled to share with you all that I've been recognized as one of the "Global Top 100 Exemplary Coaching Leaders" by the esteemed panel at the prestigious World HRD Congress 2024! 🏆

To be able to share this award with the likes of Myke Celis, M.A., PCC, Jonathan Low Global Speaking Fellow, CSP, ICF MCC, Punit Mehrotra, Kevin Kan, and many others is truly a dream come true and a testament to the profound impact that Transformational Coaching can have on lives around the world.

Reflecting on this recognition, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I've had to work with individuals from all walks of life, supporting them on their journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and lasting transformation. My approach has been holistic, drawing from my diverse background and experiences, allowing me to

“Empower Individuals to Elevate, Transform & Thrive - Inside & Out” ✨️

Recognitions of any kind, especially those conferred by peers and industry leaders, always serve as powerful motivators to do more. This award has certainly renewed my passion and purpose to touch more lives and achieve greater breakthroughs and transformations with my coaching practice.

This award has also filled me with immense gratitude for every experience, challenge, and redirection that has brought me to this moment. If I could go back in time and offer a message to my younger self during all those moments of uncertainty, it would be this:

“Embrace the journey, for it is in the convergence of your experiences that true magic will happen” 🪄

I would also like to take a moment to acknowledge the unwavering support of my immediate family, mentors and industry colleagues that has brought me to this momentous milestone in my coaching journey 🙏🏼

It's onwards and upwards from here on 🚀

5 things I learned in 2023:

1. Be very choosy about who you allow into your life. Not everyone deserves a seat at your table.

The quality of our lives do depend on the quality of our relationships. Therefore, we must be very careful as to who we forge friendships and relationships with. Not everyone has our best interests at heart even though they may claim they do. Take your time, assess and be very choosy about who you let in!

2. You never lose true friends when you stand up for yourself - only manipulators and narcissists.

The only people who would have a problem with you standing up for yourself are those who are violating your boundaries or manipulating you. All positive relationships encourage healthy boundaries. Never shy away from asserting yourself or standing up for yourself for fear of losing people.

3. Sometimes you can try your best and things may still not work out and that's okay. All that matters is that you tried and gave it your best 💪🏼

Case in point - the IND vs AU World Cup final. I'm sure the players were gutted but they can take immense solace in knowing that they truly gave it their best. Sometimes things are just not meant to be. We can all find similar examples in our lives. As long as we know we truly gave it our all, we should accept the results with grace 🙏🏼

4. Personal growth is not possible with self-awareness. Being aware of our strengths and limitations is what helps us improve.

Self-awareness is the building block of personal growth and improvement. We all have strengths, limitations and toxic traits that we need to be aware of if we really want to change and grow as people. Good news - this can be cultivated by each and everyone one of us! 🌱

5. There is no "perfect time" to start something. You just need to get started and improve along the way.

I can give you my own example - I waited and waited to get started with reels and I thought perhaps in January 2024. But then I thought why? what will be different in 2024? There is no such thing as the perfect time. There is only effort, discipline and consistency. The rest is not in our hands anyway!

Hope you have found this helpful ❤️ 17/01/2024
