There is a rumor in Vietnam that says: "If you're having bad luck, try eating balut." 🧐
I'm not sure if this rumor is true, but the experience of trying this unique dish was truly fascinating. Normally, people eat boiled balut with pickled vegetables, Vietnamese coriander, and a bit of salt and pepper
And grilled balut with chili fish sauce was a perfect blend of spicy, salty, and sweet flavors, with the aromatic spices thoroughly absorbed into the balut, offering a completely new culinary experience. I couldn't resist its deliciousness and ended up eating four of them!
