❤️ Chương trình được khởi xướng từ năm 2018 bởi Đội ngũ Võ sư, HLV Hệ thống Giáo dục Thể chất và Thể thao Quốc tế IPES Việt Nam cùng Quý Cha Giáo xứ Thị Nghè và đội ngũ HLV thiện nguyện IPES Việt Nam.

Hơn 8 năm qua, hàng trăm em nhỏ đã được tiếp cận môi trường võ thuật lành mạnh, đạo đức, được rèn luyện sức khỏe, kỷ luật và nhân cách hoàn toàn miễn phí.

Ngay khi vừa xuống xe, các bạn nhỏ đã cùng thầy cô tự tay bưng từng thùng sữa và những phần quà vào bên trong để gửi tặng đến các em nhỏ tại mái ấm 🥰
Sau đó, các con đã cùng giao lưu và trao tận tay những phần bánh kẹo, b**g bóng cùng những món quà nhỏ dành cho các em 🌈✨
Không khí lúc đó trở nên thật ấm áp với những nụ cười rất đáng yêu của các em nhỏ khi nhận quà, những quả b**g bóng trên tay và sự háo hức của các con khi được tự mình trao đi sự quan tâm và yêu thương ❤️
Có những bạn còn nhẹ nhàng cúi xuống đưa quà cho các em nhỏ, liên tục gọi các em lại để tặng thêm b**g bóng và bánh kẹo
✨ Có lẽ đây sẽ là một trong những khoảnh khắc đặc biệt nhất của chuyến đi — khi các con không chỉ nhận về niềm vui mà còn học được cách sẻ chia bằng những hành động rất nhỏ nhưng đầy ý nghĩa.
Thầy cô tin rằng những trải nghiệm hôm nay sẽ trở thành một ký ức thật đẹp trong hành trình trưởng thành của các con 🌿

💛 CLOSING THE JOURNEY WITH LOVE AT HONG QUANG SHELTER 🌿

The final destination of our Teambuilding journey was Hong Quang Shelter — a place where the trip became more than just fun and adventure, but also a meaningful lesson in compassion, gratitude, and sharing. ❤️

As soon as they arrived, our students joined their teachers in carefully carrying cartons of milk and donated gifts into the shelter, preparing to share them with the children living there. 🥰

Afterward, the students had the opportunity to meet and interact with the children, personally handing out snacks, balloons, and small gifts. 🌈✨

The atmosphere quickly filled with warmth and joy. Smiles lit up the faces of the children as they received their gifts, held colorful balloons in their hands, and enjoyed the attention and kindness shared by the IPES students.

It was especially touching to see many students gently kneel down to hand gifts to younger children, invite them over for more balloons and treats, and eagerly look for ways to bring happiness to others. ❤️

✨ Perhaps this was one of the most meaningful moments of the entire journey — a moment when our students learned that true happiness is not only found in receiving, but also in giving.

Through simple acts of kindness, they experienced the value of empathy, generosity, and caring for others. These lessons cannot be fully taught in a classroom; they are learned through real experiences and heartfelt connections.

🌿 We believe the memories created today will remain a beautiful part of each student’s growth journey. Long after the trip ends, we hope they will remember the smiles they shared, the kindness they offered, and the impact that even small acts of love can make.

🏊‍♂️☀️ HOẠT ĐỘNG HỒ BƠI TẠI NV SPORT CAMP 🌿
Sau hành trình khám phá rừng nguyên sinh buổi sáng, các con đã có khoảng thời gian thư giãn và tham gia các trò chơi vận động dưới hồ bơi tại NV Sport Camp 🥰
Đây cũng là một trong những hoạt động được các bạn nhỏ mong chờ nhất trong chuyến đi lần này ❤️
Vừa thay đồ xong là các con đã hào hứng tập trung cùng thầy cô để bắt đầu các trò chơi dưới nước 🌊☀️
Tiếng cười và tiếng cổ vũ vang khắp khu vực hồ bơi khi các bạn cùng nhau tham gia các thử thách vận động theo đội nhóm, phối hợp vượt chướng ngại vật và các mini game dưới nước cực kỳ sôi động 🏖️✨
Các bạn nhỏ liên tục gọi tên nhau, cổ vũ đồng đội và chơi hết mình trong từng hoạt động. Có bạn còn “ướt từ đầu đến chân” nhưng vẫn cười rất tươi và xin chơi thêm với các thầy cô 🥰
🌿 Không chỉ vui chơi, các hoạt động dưới nước còn giúp các con rèn luyện sự nhanh nhẹn, tinh thần đồng đội và khả năng phối hợp cùng nhau trong từng thử thách.
Trong suốt hoạt động, các thầy cô vẫn luôn theo sát và hỗ trợ các con để đảm bảo an toàn cũng như giúp các bạn có những trải nghiệm thật vui và đáng nhớ ❤️

🏊‍♂️☀️ POOL ACTIVITIES AT NV SPORT CAMP 🌿

After an exciting morning exploring the primary forest, our students enjoyed a refreshing and fun-filled session of pool activities at NV Sport Camp. 🥰

This was undoubtedly one of the most anticipated activities of the entire trip, and the students could hardly wait to jump into the action. ❤️

As soon as they changed into their swimwear, everyone eagerly gathered with their teachers to begin a series of exciting water games and team challenges. 🌊☀️

The pool area quickly came alive with laughter, cheers, and endless energy as students participated in team competitions, obstacle challenges, and exciting mini-games in the water. 🏖️✨

Students enthusiastically called out their teammates’ names, encouraged one another, and gave their best effort in every activity. Some were completely soaked from head to toe, yet their bright smiles never faded—in fact, many were already asking their teachers for “just one more game!” 🥰

🌿 Beyond the fun and excitement, these water-based activities help students develop agility, teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively while overcoming challenges together.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the day was seeing students support and motivate one another, demonstrating the spirit of teamwork that has been a central theme throughout this Teambuilding journey.

❤️ Throughout every activity, our teachers remained close by, carefully supervising and supporting the students to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone.

Moments like these remind us that learning can happen anywhere—through adventure, friendship, teamwork, and joyful experiences shared together.

🌿☀️ BUỔI SÁNG ĐẦU TIÊN CỦA CÁC CON TẠI HỒ TRÀM ☀️🌿
Sau một đêm nghỉ ngơi tại NV Sport Camp, sáng nay các con đã thức dậy rất sớm để chuẩn bị cho hoạt động khám phá rừng nguyên sinh cùng thầy cô 🥰
Không khí buổi sáng tại Hồ Tràm hôm nay rất mát mẻ và dễ chịu. Các bạn nhỏ ai cũng tràn đầy năng lượng sau khi ăn sáng và háo hức chuẩn bị balo, giày thể thao để bắt đầu hành trình khám phá thiên nhiên 🌳✨
Dù mới sáng sớm nhưng các con đã rất hào hứng, liên tục hỏi thầy cô về đường đi, các loại cây trong rừng và những điều thú vị sẽ được trải nghiệm trong hoạt động hôm nay ❤️
🌿 Hoạt động đi rừng không chỉ giúp các con được vận động và gần gũi hơn với thiên nhiên mà còn là cơ hội để các bạn học cách quan sát, phối hợp cùng nhau và tự lập hơn trong suốt hành trình.
Hiện tại thời tiết ở Hồ Tràm khá đẹp, không khí trong rừng rất mát nên các con tham gia hoạt động rất thoải mái ☀️
📌 Trong suốt chuyến đi, các thầy cô luôn túc trực và đồng hành cùng các con 24/24 để hỗ trợ sinh hoạt, theo dõi sức khỏe cũng như đảm bảo an toàn trong từng hoạt động ❤️

🌿☀️ FIRST MORNING ADVENTURE IN HO TRAM ☀️🌿

After a restful night at NV Sport Camp, our students woke up bright and early this morning, ready to begin an exciting nature exploration journey through the primary forest with their teachers. 🥰

The weather in Ho Tram today is wonderfully cool and refreshing. After enjoying breakfast, the students were full of energy and eagerly prepared their backpacks and sports shoes for the adventure ahead. 🌳✨

Even in the early morning hours, excitement was everywhere. Students enthusiastically asked their teachers about the forest trails, different types of trees, and the fascinating discoveries that awaited them during today’s activity. ❤️

🌿 The forest exploration experience offers much more than physical activity. It provides students with an opportunity to connect with nature, develop observation skills, work together as a team, and build greater independence throughout the journey.

Surrounded by fresh air and the peaceful atmosphere of the forest, students are able to enjoy the activity comfortably while experiencing a side of learning that goes far beyond the classroom. ☀️

✨ Through outdoor adventures like this, students learn to appreciate the natural world, overcome challenges, support one another, and gain confidence through real-life experiences.

📌 Throughout the entire trip, our teachers remain by the students’ side 24/7, providing support, monitoring their well-being, and ensuring their safety during every activity. Parents can rest assured that the students are being cared for attentively at all times. ❤️

Sau khi tham gia các hoạt động Teambuilding ngoài biển tại bãi tắm Bông Trang, các con đã di chuyển về lại NV Sport Camp để nghỉ ngơi, tắm rửa và chuẩn bị cho chương trình BBQ & lửa trại buổi tối cùng thầy cô và các bạn.

Buổi tối tại NV Sport Camp hôm nay vô cùng nhộn nhịp và ấm cúng ❤️
Các bạn nhỏ được cùng nhau dùng tiệc BBQ ngoài trời, ngồi quây quần trò chuyện, kể cho nhau nghe những điều thú vị trong suốt hành trình hôm nay 🌙✨

🔥 Sau bữa tối, chương trình lửa trại do BTC NV Sport Camp chuẩn bị và setup riêng cho đoàn IPES cũng chính thức bắt đầu trong sự háo hức của tất cả các con 🥰
Không khí buổi tối trở nên cực kỳ sôi động với tiếng cười, tiếng cổ vũ và những màn giao lưu vô cùng đáng yêu của các bạn nhỏ 🌿

Có những bạn bình thường còn khá ngại ngùng nhưng hôm nay đã mạnh dạn hơn rất nhiều, tự tin tham gia trò chơi và hòa mình vào không khí chung cùng bạn bè ❤️

Khoảnh khắc các con cùng ngồi quanh ánh lửa, cùng hát, cùng cười và tận hưởng buổi tối bên nhau chắc chắn sẽ trở thành một kỷ niệm thật đẹp trong mùa hè năm nay 🌙🔥

🔥🌙 BBQ & CAMPFIRE NIGHT – IPES HO TRAM TEAMBUILDING 🌊

After an exciting afternoon of Teambuilding activities at B**g Trang Beach, our students returned to NV Sport Camp to rest, freshen up, and prepare for one of the most anticipated highlights of the trip — the BBQ Dinner & Campfire Night with teachers and friends. ❤️

The atmosphere at NV Sport Camp this evening has been both lively and heartwarming. 🌙✨

Students gathered together to enjoy an outdoor BBQ dinner, sharing stories, laughter, and reflections on the memorable experiences they had throughout the day. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to relax, connect, and strengthen friendships in a warm and welcoming environment.

🔥 Following dinner, the special campfire program, thoughtfully organized and exclusively prepared for the IPES group by the NV Sport Camp team, officially began to the excitement of all students. 🥰

As the campfire lit up the evening sky, the atmosphere became even more energetic with laughter, cheers, and delightful moments of interaction among the students. 🌿

✨ During tonight’s program, students had the opportunity to:

🎤 Sing songs and participate in group performances
🧠 Join fun quizzes and individual mini-games
👏 Step forward confidently to challenge themselves in front of others
📖 Share stories, reflections, and memorable moments from the day

One of the most rewarding moments for our teachers was seeing students who are usually shy become more confident and willing to participate. Many stepped outside their comfort zones, volunteered for activities, and fully immersed themselves in the joyful spirit of the evening. ❤️

🌙🔥 Sitting together around the campfire, singing songs, sharing laughter, and creating memories with friends is an experience that will undoubtedly remain a treasured part of this summer.

These are the moments that help students build confidence, develop social skills, strengthen friendships, and create lifelong memories beyond the classroom.

🌊☀️ TEAMBUILDING BÃI BIỂN BÔNG TRANG ☀️🌊

Sau khi nghỉ ngơi và dùng bữa trưa tại NV Sport Camp, các con đã bắt đầu tham gia những hoạt động Teambuilding đầu tiên tại bãi tắm Bông Trang rồi ạ 🥰

Không khí tại biển chiều nay rất đẹp, trời có nắng nhẹ, gió biển mát và sóng khá êm nên các con tham gia hoạt động ngoài trời vô cùng hào hứng ❤️

Vừa ra đến bãi biển là các bạn nhỏ đã reo hò, chạy nhảy và nhanh chóng hòa mình vào các thử thách đồng đội cùng thầy cô và các bạn ☀️
Có những bạn ban đầu còn hơi ngại nước hoặc chưa quen hoạt động tập thể, nhưng chỉ sau một lúc đã mạnh dạn hơn, cười rất tươi và liên tục cổ vũ đồng đội của mình 🌿

✨ Thông qua các trò chơi team building, các con không chỉ được vui chơi mà còn học cách phối hợp cùng nhau, hỗ trợ đồng đội, tự tin giao tiếp và cùng nhau vượt qua thử thách 📣

Điều đáng yêu nhất là dù ai cũng thấm mệt sau một ngày dài di chuyển nhưng các con vẫn rất nhiều năng lượng, liên tục cười đùa và tạo nên bầu không khí cực kỳ sôi động tại bãi biển 🥰

After enjoying lunch and taking some time to rest at NV Sport Camp, our students officially kicked off their first Teambuilding activities at B**g Trang Beach. 🥰

The weather this afternoon has been wonderful, with gentle sunshine, a refreshing sea breeze, and calm waves, creating the perfect environment for outdoor activities. ❤️

As soon as they arrived at the beach, the students burst into excitement—cheering, running, and eagerly joining team challenges alongside their teachers and friends. ☀️

Some students were initially a little shy around the water or unfamiliar with group activities, but it was heartwarming to see how quickly they gained confidence. Before long, they were smiling brightly, encouraging their teammates, and fully embracing the experience. 🌿

✨ Through these Teambuilding games, students are not only having fun but also learning valuable life skills such as teamwork, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting one another to overcome challenges together. 📣

One of the most inspiring moments of the day has been witnessing the students’ incredible energy and enthusiasm. Even after a long journey and a full day of activities, they continue to laugh, play, and create an atmosphere filled with excitement and positivity across the beach. 🥰

Sau khi đến nhận phòng và tham gia các tiện ích thể thao NV Sportcamp Resort, các học viên IPES đã cùng nhau thưởng thức bữa trưa đầu tiên trong hành trình Teambuilding.

Bữa ăn được chuẩn bị chu đáo với thực đơn đa dạng, đầy đủ các nhóm dinh dưỡng, giúp các con nạp năng lượng sau chặng đường di chuyển và sẵn sàng cho những hoạt động trải nghiệm tiếp theo. Không khí bữa ăn vô cùng vui vẻ khi các bạn học viên cùng ngồi lại trò chuyện, chia sẻ những cảm xúc háo hức về chuyến đi và những trải nghiệm vừa diễn ra.

Các thầy cô luôn theo sát, nhắc nhở các con giữ gìn vệ sinh, ăn uống đầy đủ và đảm bảo sức khỏe trong suốt hành trình. Thật vui khi hầu hết các học viên đều ăn rất ngon miệng, thể hiện tinh thần phấn khởi và nguồn năng lượng tích cực của ngày đầu tiên tại Hồ Tràm

🍽️ IPES TEAMBUILDING JOURNEY UPDATE – FIRST LUNCH AT NV SPORTCAMP RESORT

After checking into their accommodations and enjoying the sports and recreational facilities at NV Sportcamp Resort, IPES students gathered together for their first lunch of the Teambuilding journey. ❤️

The meal was carefully prepared with a diverse and well-balanced menu, providing all essential nutrients to help students recharge after the morning’s travel and get ready for the exciting activities ahead.

The atmosphere during lunch was warm and cheerful as students sat together, shared conversations, and excitedly talked about their experiences from the journey so far. Laughter, stories, and happy smiles filled the dining area, creating wonderful moments of connection and friendship. 🥰

Throughout the meal, our teachers remained attentive, encouraging students to maintain good hygiene habits, enjoy a healthy diet, and take care of their well-being during the trip. It was especially heartwarming to see that most students had a great appetite, reflecting their enthusiasm, positive energy, and excitement on this first day in Ho Tram. 🌊

With renewed energy and bright spirits, the students are now ready for the next stages of their Teambuilding adventure and the memorable experiences awaiting them. ❤️

🌊 Sau khi ăn sáng và nghỉ ngơi tại trạm dừng chân, hiện tại các con đã đặt chân đến Cầu ngắm biển Hồ Tràm — một trong những địa điểm nổi bật nhất tại Hồ Tràm ạ 🥰
Hôm nay thời tiết tại biển đẹp, trời có nắng nhẹ và gió biển mát nên các con ai cũng vô cùng hào hứng. Vừa xuống xe là các bạn đã ríu rít gọi nhau ngắm biển, chụp hình và khám phá cây cầu đặc biệt này cùng thầy cô ❤️
🌿 Đây là cây cầu đi bộ ngắm biển đầu tiên tại Việt Nam và cũng là cầu ngắm biển dài nhất Đông Nam Á. Cây cầu vươn thẳng ra giữa biển với chiều dài hơn 300m, đứng từ trên cầu có thể nhìn thấy trọn vẹn màu xanh của biển Hồ Tràm, nghe tiếng sóng và cảm nhận không khí biển rất dễ chịu ạ 🌊
Hiện các con vẫn đang rất năng lượng, vui vẻ, sau khi tham quan và check-in tại cầu ngắm biển Hồ Tràm, đoàn sẽ tiếp tục di chuyển đến NV Sport Camp để các con nghỉ ngơi, dùng bữa trưa và chuẩn bị cho những hoạt động team building tiếp theo tại bãi biển ạ ❤️

🌊 IPES TEAMBUILDING JOURNEY UPDATE – HO TRAM SEA VIEWING BRIDGE

After breakfast and a short rest stop, our students have now arrived at the Ho Tram Sea Viewing Bridge — one of the most iconic attractions in Ho Tram. 🥰

The weather today is beautiful, with gentle sunshine and a refreshing sea breeze. As soon as they stepped off the bus, the students excitedly gathered together to admire the ocean, take photos, and explore this remarkable landmark with their teachers. ❤️

🌿 The Ho Tram Sea Viewing Bridge is recognized as the first pedestrian sea-viewing bridge in Vietnam and the longest of its kind in Southeast Asia. Stretching more than 300 meters out into the sea, the bridge offers breathtaking panoramic views of Ho Tram’s crystal-blue waters, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves and the refreshing atmosphere of the coastline. 🌊

At the moment, all students remain energetic, happy, and enthusiastic. After sightseeing and taking memorable photos at the bridge, the group will continue to NV Sport Camp, where they will rest, enjoy lunch, and prepare for the exciting team-building activities planned on the beach later today. ❤️

Sáng nay, đoàn Teambuilding IPES đã khởi hành an toàn và các con đang rất hào hứng với chuyến đi. Hiện tại, đoàn đã đến Trạm dừng chân Thanh Long 1 để dùng bữa sáng và nghỉ ngơi trước khi tiếp tục hành trình đến Hồ Tràm.

Các thầy cô đã điểm danh đầy đủ, theo dõi sát tình hình sức khỏe của từng học viên và đảm bảo các con được ăn uống, nghỉ ngơi hợp lý trong suốt chuyến đi. Không khí trên xe rất sôi nổi với nhiều hoạt động giao lưu, trò chơi và những tiếng cười rộn rã của các con.

Chuyến Teambuilding lần này là cơ hội để các học viên rèn luyện tính tự lập, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp và xây dựng những kỷ niệm đẹp cùng bạn bè, thầy cô.

📢 IPES TEAMBUILDING JOURNEY UPDATE – HO TRAM (2 DAYS 1 NIGHT)

This morning, the IPES Teambuilding group departed safely, and all students are excited for the adventure ahead. The team has now arrived at Thanh Long 1 Rest Stop for breakfast and a short break before continuing the journey to Ho Tram.

Our teachers have completed attendance checks, are closely monitoring each student’s well-being, and ensuring that everyone enjoys proper meals and rest throughout the trip. The atmosphere on the bus is lively, filled with interactive activities, games, and plenty of laughter from the students.

This Teambuilding program provides a valuable opportunity for students to develop independence, teamwork, communication skills, and create meaningful memories with their friends and teachers.
