Recently, our club received feedback from a female guest regarding an experience that was not fully satisfactory during her visit to play pickleball at our courts. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort this may have caused.

As soon as we received the feedback, our team worked directly with the guest to review and address the matter. While no conclusive evidence has been established, we have decided that the individual involved will no longer be permitted on Picklehead premises.

Unfortunately, this situation has been taken advantage of by some individuals to spread false information, which has negatively affected the reputation of our club. We kindly ask all members and friends to continue placing your trust in us and supporting the club.

👉 Should any verified issue arise in the future related to this matter, the club will take full responsibility and fully cooperate with the relevant authorities to clarify the situation.

Vừa qua, CLB đã nhận được phản hồi từ một khách hàng nữ về trải nghiệm chưa trọn vẹn trong quá trình tham gia chơi pickleball tại sân. Trước hết, chúng tôi xin gửi lời xin lỗi chân thành vì sự bất tiện mà sự việc có thể đã gây ra.

Ngay sau khi tiếp nhận phản hồi, đội ngũ CLB đã trực tiếp làm việc với khách hàng để rà soát và xử lý. Mặc dù chưa có bằng chứng xác thực nào được đưa ra, chúng tôi đã quyết định không cho phép cá nhân liên quan tiếp tục có mặt tại sân Picklehead.

Rất tiếc, sự việc này đã bị một số đối tượng lợi dụng để lan truyền thông tin sai sự thật, gây ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của CLB. Chúng tôi mong các thành viên và bạn bè tiếp tục tin tưởng, đồng hành và ủng hộ Picklehead.

👉 Trong trường hợp có bất kỳ sự việc nào được xác minh trong tương lai liên quan đến phản ánh này, CLB sẽ chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm và hợp tác chặt chẽ với cơ quan chức năng để làm rõ.
