• Engine Room, 05-07 Dương Khuê, Bắc Mỹ Phú, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng
⚖️ WEIGHT STANDARDS
• All weights will be set as per HYROX Open standards
• If you would like to request Pro weights, please let us know in advance
⏱ FORMAT & LOGISTICS
• Heats will run in 5-minute waves
• Note: there may be a 10–15 min variation in actual start times depending on the amount of participants
📍 IMPORTANT
• Be at the gym by 9:00am if you want to avail of the full briefing and understand all rules and standards
• You will be judged by coaches
• Penalties will be applied if movements are not to standard
This event is free for all members ER Members.
Non members, cost is 400k and can be booked with the link below. You can also message us here and on instagram to be added to a timeslot. Limited slots available for Singles and Doubles category.
