This lil cutie hijacked my phone and did a whole photoshoot! She is super-smart, cheeky and adorable! 😍

We take the simplest of things for granted, for example having a name.

This little girl doesn't have a name, no sense of identity. She has spent her life so far being called different names whilst on the streets of Hanoi. is working with authorities to register her with a name which she will choose for herself. They are supporting her parents with developmental skills for employment, ensuring she has the opportunity for education and to just be a kid!

works with the government, social workers, families and a multitude of organisations to create generational change for so many.

A bit late with this post.... but here goes.

With each new year, we reflect on what has been and how we want things to change. We somehow give ourselves permission to dream again or set new goals and resolutions. We take stock and make plans to drive forward. I find myself simplifying more, letting things unfold, by surrendering and trusting.

This is quite different to what I used to think was my DNA of goal-setting, planning, having control and charging forward. I feel it is more important to be intentional and to focus on the experiences, emotions, and people that I want to experience in my life. The learning and unlearning of this is being able to walk away from places, people and situations that no longer align with me, my values and my beliefs. It is most definitely a challenge and creates some form of conflict be that external or intern.

With this in mind, I have chosen my 2023 word to represent my intentions, which is Reciprocity.
As someone who has put others first and found it difficult to put myself first, I am investing myself only when there is reciprocity. What is your word for 2023 and what is your intention behind this?

If you needed a reminder, here it is! What's on the other side is going to far better than you have imagined. Commit to yourself, you are what decides how your life changes. Create a clear vision, take action, follow through and pivot as necessary. ✨

"Enlightenment is ego’s ultimate disappointment". My most pleasurable interactions are with those who see and touch my soul. The ego will temporarily be impressed and entertained. The soul has the depths & breadths of the universe residing within it, with wisdom of the ages, why would we deny this majesty for fleeting moments?
