I knew that I wanted to improve my health; lose weight, clean up my diet and exercise consistently. But it seemed too hard to do everything with a stressful job and family to take care of. I wouldn’t say I was unhealthy, I’ve always tried to eat a balanced diet but I knew that I needed to do more.

What I liked most about the challenge was being part of a team on our page and making new friends with people around the world. It was an opportunity to share ideas, recipes, to motivate each other and see what other people were doing.

The Challenge has made me evaluate all areas of my life. At the start I was thinking it was all going to be about losing weight and maybe getting a little bit fitter, but it’s made me think about lots of other areas such as resilience, stress management, how I’m sleeping, mindset, nutrition and many others important areas of health.

The consultants were amazing and have a wealth of knowledge between them. They have vast backgrounds across personal training, life coaching, nursing, health education, weight loss and nutrition. So, all in all the package of expertise you’re getting on the challenge is absolutely brilliant.

I feel the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been and feel absolutely amazing!
