Design and Construction
The Golf Course is planed as a resort style 18 holes, Par 72 at 6,319 meters. This resort style golf course has been specifically designed to provide a strategic challenge for not only professional golfers but also social golfers through multi tee systems. The course is played through a landscape dominated by the site lake systems and will be visually spectacular.

Construction Schedule
The groundbreaking ceremony was in May, 2005. All the equipment, machines and labor have been mobilized to finish the first 9 holes by Sep 2008. The whole course, 18 holes, will be opened in 2009.

IV. Transferability
Membership may be transferred one year after completion of 18 holes and with payment of 15% of current club membership price at date of transfer.
