UPLIFT xin giới thiệu, lần đầu tiên trong lịch sử Sports Day của VinUni, bộ môn Deadlift có mặt tại giải đấu. Deadlift là một nội dung thi đấu trong Powerlifting, bộ môn thể hình thiên về sức mạnh, yêu cầu người tập nâng được mức tạ càng nặng càng tốt dựa trên các bài tập gym cơ bản gồm: Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press. Nên bộ môn này không chỉ đơn thuần là tập tạ để cải thiện vóc dáng, mà là để khám phá ra giới hạn tối đa của bản thân qua khả năng nâng tạ. Thế nên câu hỏi “Ai là người khỏe nhất trường?” không có ý *dìm hàng các bộ môn khác, nhưng từ chính cái tên của nó “Power”, bọn mình đưa nội dung Deadlift này với mong muốn tìm ra người cử được tạ nặng nhất VinUni!

Nếu bạn tò mò xem ai là người khỏe nhất trường thì hãy đến phòng Gym VinUni để tìm ra người ấy cùng bọn mình nhé! Biết đâu người ấy lại là bạn.

"WHO IS THE STRONGEST MAN IN THE GYM?"

For the first time in VinUni Sports Day history, UPLIFT would like to offer the Deadlift to the contest. Deadlift is a part of Powerlifting, a strength-oriented bodybuilding discipline in which practitioners lift as much weight as possible using standard gym exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench presses. This sport is more than just improving your physique through weightlifting. It's also about discovering your maximum lifting capacity. So, the question is, "Who is the strongest person in school?" We don't mean to disparage other kinds of sports, but given by meaning of "Power" itself, we're bringing this Deadlift competition in the hopes of identifying the individual who can lift the largest weights at VinUni!

If you want to find out who the strongest person in school is, come to VinUni Gym with us! Who knows? Perhaps that individual is you.
