Hey Everyone

Thanks to this stormy weather we are having, I have decided that Wednesdays 6.30 am interval training will be FREE for all drop-ins.

With all of this rain, it is hard to get that workout done outside these mornings, so come along to The Fitness Village and try out some interval training in our studio.

Hey everyone

6.30am starts never looked so good at The Fitness Village.

Changing up classes from now on

Monday is HIIT and 6-pack
Wednesday is interval training
Friday is interval training with a twist
All classes run from 6.30am to 7:15am.

One month membership is 500,000VND
Drop in classes are 120,000VND

Promotion this week
*2 for the price of 1 on drop ins*
Bring a friend and pay just 60,000VND each 😁

What are the benefits of Xpinning classes? πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

Tomorrow: Burpees! πŸ’ͺ
